Since first opening our doors in 1978, we have developed close relationships and specific knowhow with N.C. contractors and review agencies. Our goal is to achieve maximum project efficiency, coming in on time, under budget and in compliance with all safety issues.

Central to our design philosophy is a thorough programming phase with our clients and their key user groups. During this stage, we collect and analyze data such as existing use patterns, current deficiencies and owner program goals to help us make more intelligent and efficient design decisions.

Our history

As a small, locally-owned firm we’re able to build strong, personal ties with our clients in order to provide the made-to-measure design they deserve. We are able to guide them through the design and building process from start to finish and draw upon the deep-rooted experience we have from working in the area for over 4 decades. Our clients can expect close collaboration and good communication with the architect and designers throughout the entire job.

DTW was founded by DePasquale, Thompson, and Wilson in 1978.
