DTW Architects designed the renovation of this three-story, 42,000-square-foot office building, completing the work floor by floor while the building remained occupied.
The project transformed a dated 1980s interior with dark finishes into a bright, modern Class A workplace. All three floors were reconfigured to feature open work areas, offices with one glass wall each, and collaborative spaces that promote knowledge sharing and teamwork. The first floor also includes a 50-seat café, a training room, fitness and yoga rooms, and shower and dressing areas.
