Since the late 1990s, DTW Architects has guided the campus through major renovations and additions. Early projects included a large assembly space with adjacent art studios, an expanded dining area, a crafts building, and twelve garden apartments.
In the 2010s, DTW continued its work with the most significant addition to date — a three-story, 18-apartment wing to an existing apartment building — along with transforming the pool building into a fitness center, adding six apartments to the assisted living building, and fully renovating the health center. Smaller additions to the dining area, crafts building, and library further enhanced the campus.
DTW remains actively involved, with several additional projects scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
