Carol Woods Retirement Community

DTW Architects led a talented group of consultants, as well as residents and staff, in creating a Master Plan for Carol Woods Retirement Community, nationally recognized as a CCRC leader. The Master Plan addressed both current and long-range needs of the campus; it included expansions of various buildings and their functions, as well as renovating and reorganizing existing buildings. The Master Plan also addressed way-finding and other landscaping issues.
