DTW Architects designed the renovation of this 72,000 SF building on a prominent downtown corner. The existing 1960s building had been renovated with precast concrete walls and small windows that allowed little light into the building interior. This renovation replaced large portions of the exterior walls with new large view windows and spandrel glass.

On the interior, an existing escalator was removed and larger, accessible restrooms were added on each floor. Interior renovations also included upfits on the main floor level, as well as plumbing, mechanical and electrical improvements throughout the building. DTW also donated pro bono services for the main level tenant upfits for the Latino Community Credit Union and El Centro Hispano.
